You don’t have to figure this out alone.

What is Confidence Coven?

Confidence Coven is a space for rebuilding confidence in real life, not in theory.

The word “coven” comes from the same root as convent, meaning to come together.

At its core, this is about support, shared experience, and learning how to navigate the moments where confidence disappears.

This isn’t about becoming confident all the time.
It’s about knowing what to do when you’re not.

Where do I start?

Start where you are.

You don’t need to fix everything at once. You just need a place to begin.

Let’s start your journey together!

Coven Cohort

A small group experience for people who don’t want to navigate confidence alone.

This isn’t a course you watch and forget.

It’s a space to work through real-life moments as they’re happening, with support, structure, and people who actually get it.

Inside the cohort, we’ll focus on:

  • interrupting confidence spirals in real time

  • applying the tools from the toolkit to your actual life

  • understanding your patterns (not just reacting to them)

This is for you if you’re tired of figuring it out on your own.

Spots will be limited to keep the space intentional and supportive.

Who is behind it all!

I’m Sarah — creator of Confidence Coven and a certified life coach.

I’m also a plus-size dancer, chronic overthinker, social media addict, and, (according to my dog) a full-time provider of kibble.

I didn’t build Confidence Coven because I had confidence figured out.

I built it because I needed a way to come back to myself when it disappeared.

For years, I experienced the same patterns, spiraling over outfits, photos, comments, and moments that felt small but stayed longer than they should.

And I kept noticing something:

It wasn’t random.

There were patterns behind it.

Not just in myself, but in the people around me.

The problem wasn’t a lack of awareness.
It was a lack of tools for what to do in the moment.

So I started paying attention.
Testing things.
Figuring out what actually helped when confidence collapsed in real life.

That’s what became Confidence Coven.
